The Co‑operators, a leading Canadian-owned, multi-product insurance and financial services organization, has sustainability rooted throughout their entire organization. The Co-operators strive to align their business operations, products and services, and stakeholder relationships with their fundamental sustainability principles in ways that advance their long-term financial objectives.

About the NBS Leadership Council

An exclusive group of non-competing organizations, our Leadership Council defines NBS research priorities and provides leadership to CSR managers and researchers. Every year, Leadership Council members identify their sustainability challenges – the issues on which their organizations need authoritative answers and reliable insights.

Membership on the Leadership Council is by invitation only. Together, our Leadership Council represents the major sectors of the economy, bringing to the table diverse perspectives and priorities. This cross-sectoral collaboration is key to producing frame-breaking ideas that change management practice and create new, sustainable business models.
