Current Research Projects:

The role of organizational culture in SHRM. Examining the relationship organizational culture plays between Human Resource Management and firm performance (employee performance, operational performance and financial performance).

The effect of employees perceptions of ethical workplace climate on employee retention. This study involves two studies which will examine employees perceptions of ethical workplace climate. One study will focus on managers perceptions of ethical workplace climate (EWC) in a national context and the second study will examine EWC in one organization operating in various locations internationally.

Gender-based differences in Web site use: The evolution of use as evidenced by the online scrapbooking community. This research project examines gender differences in online use as well as exploring the social entrepreneurship of women cottage industry.
