2022 Research Impact on Practice Award Winner

Congratulation to Eun Su (Jeannie) Lee & Betina Szkudlarek for their award-winning work, “Refugee employment support: The HRM-CSR nexus and stakeholder co-dependency.” Their research shows how businesses and non-profits can work together to help refugees integrate into the workforce.

The Research Impact on Practice Award has been given annually by NBS and the Academy of Management’s Organizations and the Natural Environment Division.
