Light Naing

Light is the Communications Specialist at NBS, where he supports the organization’s digital communications, including its website, newsletters, and social media channels. He holds an HBA from Ivey Business School and a Certificate in Sustainability. At the intersection of business, sustainability, and communications, Light is interested in how organizations can use storytelling and knowledge mobilization to drive positive social and environmental change. Outside of NBS, Light works with a cultural non-profit organization dedicated to public history and heritage education. There, he promotes learning about Toronto’s diverse histories and communities, helping people better understand how history continues to shape the present and future.
