Dr. Sylvia Grewatsch is Assistant Professor of Strategy at the Goodman School of Business, Brock University. Her research is driven by the environmental and societal challenges we face today and to what degree business organizations are a part of the problem and the solutions. She is interested in how decision-makers think, act, and organize in order to address sustainability challenges.
Prior to joining Brock University, Dr. Grewatsch was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Ivey Business School, as part of NBS’s innovation research team. She completed her Ph.D. in Management and Master of Science in Strategy, Organization, and Leadership at Aarhus University.
