Mission

The mission of the Center for Business Ethics at Albers is to inspire people to build business cultures that respect and support persons, relationships, communities, and ecosystems.

Main Activities

Our main focus is teaching at the undergraduate, graduate, and executive levels. We are in the process of integrating ethics and sustainability in our core business courses at the undergraduate level. We also do some research related to organizational culture and climate. We do reach out to industries giving presentation on ethics and leadership at Starbucks, Alaska Airlines, and Pemco Insurance Co.

Organizational Structure

The Director spends 1/7 of his time on the center with a graduate assistant that works about 10 hours per week.
