NBS to Present at EHS Management Forum

Join NBS Topic Editor Stephanie Bertels at the upcoming EHS Management Forum on October 23 to 25, 2013 in Montreal. Bertels will present the updated version of the “Culture Wheel” as first developed in NBS’s systematic review on how to embed sustainability in organizational culture. Based on research from our network of corporate partners, the employee engagement tool takes a portfolio approach to embedding sustainability into a company’s culture. The tool helps organizations identify effective strategies in four key areas: fostering commitment, clarifying expectations, building momentum for change and instilling capacity for change.

Hosted by the National Association for Environmental Management (NAEM), the EHS Management Forum is the longest-running and largest annual professional conference for corporate environmental, health and safety (EHS), and sustainability leaders. Developed by a committee of peers, the 24 interactive sessions on the Forum program address timely and relevant issues, giving attendees the insight they need to innovate, renew themselves and take their programs to the next level. NBS is proud to be a partner for the event.
