Bertels will present the updated version of the “Culture Wheel” as first developed in NBS’s systematic review on how to embed sustainability in organizational culture. Based on research from our network of corporate partners, the employee engagement tool takes a portfolio approach to embedding sustainability into a company’s culture. The tool helps organizations identify effective strategies in four key areas: fostering commitment, clarifying expectations, building momentum for change and instilling capacity for change.
