Innovation Framework and Closed Loop Recycling Case Study

In this webinar, Richard Adams, professor of management at the University of Exeter, shares his framework for sustainability-oriented innovation.

Carol Patterson, Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs for Tim Hortons explains the company’s novel cup-to-tray recycling program. The program, which turns used beverage cups into beverage trays, represents the first implementation of “closed loop” recycling in their industry and is an example of Stage 3 innovation on Adams’ framework.
