Assistant or Associate Professor Position at Seattle University
The Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University invites applications for a tenure-track position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor of Management, with expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) starting in September 2023.
The successful candidate for this position will have a commitment to excellence in teaching and active scholarship, as well as the motivation and ability to leverage their DEI expertise by teaching DEI-related and management courses, publishing DEI and other related research in academic journals, and supporting efforts to integrate DEI themes across the undergraduate and graduate curricula. Applications are invited from candidates across different specialties in the field of Management (e.g., organizational behavior, human resource management, or strategy) as well as allied programs and disciplines that allow the candidate to excel in teaching and scholarship within the School’s Department of Management.
Full responsibilities will include a regular teaching load, an active program of scholarship, and participation in university service.

Candidates should have a Ph.D. in Management or a related field before the time of appointment.
